The location was suitable, being close to key attractions.

I experienced a significant delay upon arrival. I had to knock for over 20 minutes to gain entry. The lady manager wrongly accused me of damaging the flooring with a product I used. This accusation was both upsetting and completely unfounded.

The airport transfer was arranged well, including assistance with luggage directly to the riad. I found the breakfast to be quite tasty each morning. The manager was very kind and helpful with everything I needed.

The airport transfer was well organized and included help with the luggage. the riad was easy to get to. I had no problems locating it.

Fantastic Stay, I'm charmed!

rooftop service relaxing ambiance helpful staff

I really enjoyed the breakfast service. They served it on the rooftop upon request. The ambiance felt so relaxing, also very calm. The manager and staff were fantastic and gave helpful advice.
